Recent local events have spurred sudden interest in baking and, frankly, the ovens are getting a bit smug about it. Other kitchen appliances have been feeling overlooked and resentful, with some attempting to cook meals for their people unprompted and others sabotaging snack time in revenge. No one is sure if the incident of the turkey in the washing machine is related, or if that is simply one of the harmless misunderstandings that plague us all at times.
