Today's Keyboard Smash
The latest bullshit is that they let one of the departments go home early. On previous holidays (when our department was slow and could have afforded to leave), we've been told that no one can go home early unless all the departments/individuals are able to leave. Originally it was going to be all the departments but mine leaving, but one of them got stuck with us. But the biggest department? Yep, released early for good behavior, I guess.
Again, this smacks of some serious unfairness in policy application. I am not well pleased. I am also, however, now on break for four days, and I am sick to death of thinking or experiencing emotions about work. I wish to only experience emotions about video games and baking.
