Aloe Vera "Snow Soothe"
Price: 1 chorus/4 inch pot, or one rhyming couplet/offset cutting
A varietal developed from cold-adapted A. vera parents, this plant offers the inverse of the normal healing properties associated with the pulp. Instead of cooling and soothing sunburns and similar irritations, "Snow Soothe" warms and improves blood flow to skin damaged by frostbite and other winter hazards. The plant is highly frost-resistant, unlike most aloe species, but does tend to take on a sad, melted appearance in hot climates.
