Lake Lewisia #262

She spent her life researching why bad things happened, with the discipline of an adult but the fury of a child. Religious texts sat alongside journals on quantum physics, piled atop collections of mythology and riddles and crates of divination tools. At least, that was what her colleagues found after her disappearance, and no one knew if that meant she had found her answer at last.
