The main branch library will be hosting a digitization event, sponsored by the Historical Society, where citizens can get help converting old physical media to easy-to-store digital formats. Preserve your precious memories against technological drift, environmental damage, and whatever those squirrels have been doing in the attic. A small fee will be collected for each item converted, payable in the form of cash, volunteer hours, or neurological memory capture by the Historical Society’s human preservation department.
