scrubjayspeaksA long weekend, a short week, a finished draft, a chance to paint, and a trip to the movies! It was very nice! My day job has wrecked my hand function at the moment, but to hell with that, it was still a nice week!
Lewisia: 4691 words--draft is done, need to let it rest a bit before revising, am technically right on schedule despite mild feelings of panic
Gratitude journaling: 35 new entries--have discovered this is also helpful in jogging my sometimes spotty memory about what actually happened in the day
Tumblr queue: 34 posts added
Day job: 31.5 hours--had Monday off for Presidents' Day, thank merciful gods
Cooking: rubbishy freezer steak again--I...am super burned out on these, value pack savings and convenience notwithstanding
Art: watercolor painting of violets for a birthday card--finally figured out how to use watercolor pencils to good effect
Other: took ducklings on a field trip into the yard to eat grass; saw Birds of Prey
