Though she couldn’t even remember the last time she had gotten off work early enough to go grocery shopping, the stove had been weighed down with several steaming, bubbling pans full of fresh food. Since that first mysterious cup of tea, she had learned not to wonder how this kept happening in her empty home, but she couldn’t help questioning why.
