Lake Lewisia #377
Apr. 26th, 2019 09:35 pmMostly, these days, she fostered the special needs pets, the ones that couldn’t stay in the general shelter population. There were the blind dogs, the teetering, tailless rats, the scaleless dragons, the phoenix who caught fire every time a seizure hit–all made comfortable, usually up on the bed, hogging the blankets. Now and then, the right person came along to adopt one, but even if they didn’t, no one worried about where those animals would call home once she let them into hers.
