Done This Week

This! Was! A Very Bad! Week!

Had a bunch of crises both personal and day job-related. Found out both computers had major, previously unknown problems that will ultimately result in them needing to be replaced. (To be fair, they had a good run. My computer is nearly a decade old with almost zero problems prior to this point. The computers are very good. Sadly, they are not immortal, however.) This was not an expense I required!

Triggered a lupus flare due to stress. Got through the week on sheer bloody mindedness and the occasional shower sobbing fit. Wrote a non-zero amount of fiction, which was more than I would have expected of myself.

Lewisia: 2 new pieces written, dedicated domain name (!!!) purchased--set to redirect to tumblr for now

Gratitude journaling: 30 new entries

Tumblr queue: 17 posts added

Day job: 42 hours

Cooking: steak for work lunches, chashu pork and ramen for Lunar New Year

Cleaning:sorted and put away clothing

Other: hometown trip #2--retrieved mum's computer (cleaned but not updated, scheduled to be replaced in April) and agreed to terms on new rig build for me, full day of driving

Less Usual Bingo Patterns Fest - fills completed

I completed two bingo patterns for the January fest--the kite and the bow tie. I used the names of the patterns as prompts for the Free Space fills. Below is my updated card, with filled squares colored in green. Not all the stories have posted yet, but those that have are linked as well.
