Now people at work are asking why we aren't getting hazard pay or some other form of compensation for the fact that we're all still showing up to work. Or, you know, adequate PPE options when we're expected to work two (or even three today!) people to a job/machine. There's barely enough work to go around to keep us busy, which makes the concept of being an "essential industry" a hard sell.

I wish I knew enough to start quietly organizing people to unionize or make collective demands. I wish I had the charisma to rally people to a cause. But I don't know shit, and no one would ever follow me to the corner store, let alone into collective bargaining hell.

I would also settle for backup from a mastermind and/or hitter with a heart of gold, a la Leverage ep 5x11 "The Low Low Price Job." (I don't think I can pull off being Eliot, more's the pity. I do not wish to be Nate, thank you.)
