Done This Week

Cook ALL the things! I got a little carried away, but it was fun. The nice thing about having so many pots on the stove/irons in the fire/etc etc is that my lack of focus really doesn't matter much. I can, and indeed must, bounce between all these tasks in rapid succession as things need to rest, rise, bake, load, process, whatever.

Cooking: roasted chicken, apricot pie, orange meringues, butter cookies with jam centers, corn dogs, leek and mushroom quiche

Gardening: succulent club zoom meeting, wildflower seeds round #2 planted
