Today's Keyboard Smash

Well, I ain't dead yet. Apart from a rather sore arm (last time, it was more the stiffness that got me than the surface tenderness), I don't seem to be suffering any particular ill effects. A bit tired and rather cranky, but I'm pretty sure that's just my natural state and not the fault of pharmacology.

I spent the day playing Stardew Valley and cooking food that varied from "hopeless failure" to "pretty good but not quite what I was going for," all while listening to old episodes of The Adventure Zone. None of which was what I had planned to do today. I had wanted to watch some movies I loaded up on my tablet, which I thought would be suitable chill-out material. I've been trying to watch them for a few weekends now and somehow utterly failing. Why is it so hard to do the recreational activities I mean to do, instead of some random other thing? Ridiculous.

Also, I found out that my favorite apple orchard is opening for the season this weekend. They have cherries and apriums. I...do not actually want to drive all the way out there tomorrow, and I probably shouldn't go spend a shit ton of money on fruit at the moment, but damn. I am sorely tempted to do all of that anyway.
