Today's Keyboard Smash

We're starting to pass through the "angry at my body" stage of this current flare and into the "feeling sorry for my body" stage. It's dealing with A Lot right now. I did it no favors at all by spending the day, uh, sort of...bodyslamming...a particular piece of equipment at work. For valid mechanical reasons! Professional shoving and tackling of thirty-year-old machinery!

My life is weird sometimes.

But yeah, no, my joints didn't think that was funny, nor did the muscles in my shoulder. And even though it is 106 goddamn degrees at my house and likely to remain so for several days yet, I suspect there are going to be a lot of hot baths in my weekend plans as payment for my body dutifully taking on many tons of metal and saying, "*Steve Rogers voice* No, you move."

Having enjoyed the first such lovely hot bath shower, I am currently consoling myself with ice cream and watching on loop Lindsay McCutcheon's Disney fanvid, Fan.tasia, which is a work of joy and beauty:
