Done This Week
Dec. 19th, 2021 05:28 amI've been doing time tracking this week, for Reasons. Which inevitably, by virtue of being observed, means I change my habits. So even though I've done all the things I normally do, I did them at odd times and an unusually strong sense of purpose. That lasted through the work week.
Then I hit the open plains of the weekend and abruptly had no idea what to do with myself if I wasn't stuck scrambling to get things done at the last minute. I am confused by free time, apparently. Unfortunate. Also, it's too damn cold right now to do anything outside.
Lewisia: 3 new pieces written, clawing my way through a draft of the January bonus
Gratitude journaling: 35 new entries
Tumblr queue: 28 posts added
Day job: 42 hours, because they've managed to burn so many people out, they're kinda sorta not doing overtime for the next couple of weeks so people don't just up and quit (I ain't people, but I approve of this nonetheless)
Crafting: rapidly churning through work on the baby blanket, which is going to be relevant very soon apparently--I've got one skein left to get through, and it's going to be so small and I don't know if I'm happy with it and aaaaaaaaaa!
Gardening: succulent club virtual meeting, spread the last of the wildflower seeds I had held in reserve so they could enjoy the upcoming rain
Other: another three-minute video check-in with my rheumatologist (*eyeroll*), decorating the tree with family
