Apr. 19th, 2023 02:29 pmFascinated by the practice of living tattoos--objects and creatures rendered on the skin and capable of being lifted from it into breathing, moving physicality of their own--but not allowed to get any herself, she developed living paints instead. If the swords and sparrows on her skin could be washed away, she reasoned, her parents couldn't possibly object.
