This week's downtown farmer's market will introduce a new treat: stone fruit from the Buried Gardens. Cultivated in partnership with the Tunnel Folk, these fruits range from fleshy with gemstone pits to fully crystallized flesh, with mineral-rich flavors and juices like dripping cave water.
