Done This Week

While I am working approximately as hard as I did before, it is in different ways. Consequently, I am sore in new and interesting muscle groups. Also, between that and the turn to colder weather, my body wants to go full Fat Bear Mode and desperately wants to eat ALL the food.

Vital cat update: the new cat is VERY friendly. I got close enough to get its attention and meowed at it. It chirped in response, which set off an avalanche of chatter. After sniffing my hand then scent marking me with cheek rubs, it threw itself on the ground to roll about at my feet and accept petting.

Lewisia: 3 new pieces written

Day job: 42.5 hours

Gardening: succulent club meeting, garden club post

Listening: OST for Kentucky Route Zero: Act IV by Ben Babbitt (yes, another soundtrack from a game I haven’t played, also prompted by a Jacob Geller video)

Other: unloaded hay, wandering and shopping downtown with E
