scrubjayspeaksI had a pair of simply excellent days at work. Not because things were going well, from the company's perspective, mind you, but that's not my problem.
Yesterday my job was deeply cursed and a bunch of material turned out to be ruined, but I got to dismantle, clean, and reassemble part of the machine with the lead tech. Basically the best day possible. Today, multiple members of the support staff positions were out, leading to a bunch of useless operators milling around this morning, but I got to help with paperwork and training people on the fly until my machine was ready. Also, my machine ran like a dream for me all day. Just absolute clockwork.
My joints are finally starting to feel normal again after this last flare. I'm still dropping half of everything I try to hold, but I'll take what I can get.
And I was hoping to say something intelligible about some stuff I've seen/heard lately. But I am deeply exhausted despite my very good days. (Because of them, too, because, uh, dismantling machines isn't exactly light duty.) I'm gonna go...be in a place that is away...before I pass out at the computer.
