scrubjayspeaksIronically, given the holiday on Monday, I seem to have gotten a grip on the day of the week at least. Month is still baffling--why isn't October here yet??? I am fully prepared to subsist entirely on hot chocolate and cider, whilst curled under a blanket with a book, and I find it very provoking that the world is not cooperating with me on this point.

Reading: well, not actually reading yet, but I traded in a bunch of my stockpiled credits with Libro.fm, so now I have audiobooks of two Discworld novels, The Windup Bird Chronicles, that new translation of Beowulf, and Gideon the Ninth
