Today's Keyboard Smash

We think mum's dog had a stroke. She's gone all wobbly. (A trivial description of her actual symptoms, which I'm disinclined to enumerate.) So that's a new thing to deal with. Yay.
Possibly spending the day listening to true crime podcasts was not best for my psychological state. So I switched to watching the next Pirates of the Caribbean movie. I can't tell if it's for the best that I finished all my urgent work and so had some time to chill out today, or if it would have been better to be distracted by work. In any case, the effect of all this is that I feel entirely unmoored from reality. And not in a super fun way. *sigh* Just tremendous.
