Vegetarian Surf and Turf: never neglected at Mariana’s, vegetarians can enjoy a three-course prix fixe meal highlighting the meeting of land and sea, with selections like ultimate sea vegetable miso soup, bog moss salad, brackish water marinated potatoes, and Seagull Cakes (contains no seagull, they just kept stealing them because they’re so good)
