It's 86 degrees at five-thirty in the evening. What the hell happened to spring? It's just straight-up summer now. I haven't planted a bunch of my seeds, because the last frost date for the area isn't until mid-April. But by then, I can only assume, it will be over 100. By actual summer, we'll just be living on the surface of the sun.

Ever since the time change, it's also still light out when I have to go to bed on work nights. Hot and light out: what a great set of conditions for sleep. I just need a big shade umbrella. About ten acres big, specifically.
