1) If I am the trainee, why am I the one making the calls about troubleshooting, when to request help, and what information to convey to second shift?
2) Why do people keep. talking. to. me??? I promise, I don't care about your small talk right now--see above re: troubleshooting these goddamn machines.
3) I have the attention span of a sugared-up ferret, which makes both of the above situations difficult to negotiate.
